Axess / PrintFleet / ECI –> Re-Scan Instructions

 

From time to time, your monitoring system may stop working or we can’t see a certain device.

This can be caused by a few reasons:

  1. Computer being turned off .
  2. Updates on computer
  3. New server installed etc
  4. If one printer is stale, then maybe you have unplugged it? (if so, please advise)

The best thing we can do is to “re-scan” the program and it should boot it up again.

If you can please follow these very easy instructions and it should all boot up again (unless you have unplugged certain printers)

Can you please advise when you have completed this, so we can ensure it populates correctly?

Please note: Until your Remote Monitoring System is online again, we can’t see any readings on your device/s and you will need to keep an eye on your toner/parts and alert QPC Group when low and re-order manually.
