When you are experiencing print quality issues on your Develop Ineo photocopier, please print out the following 3 reports and attach in a support ticket here
This allows us to see & diagnose the issue immediately and when we send a technician out, we can come out with the correct part/consumable that will fix your problem on our first visit.
Reports to print & return are:
- Device > Information Pages > System Setting
- Home > Device > Supplies (Unfortunately this cant be printed, please type out supplies levels to us)
