Lines on Page when printing from a HP Photocopier – (PQ Troubleshooting)

When you are experiencing print quality issues on your HP  photocopier, please print out the following 3 reports and attach in a support ticket here

This allows us to see & diagnose the issue immediately and when we send a technician out, we can come out with the correct part/consumable that will fix your problem on our first visit.

Please follow the instructions based o how your screen looks like below.

  1. Reports > Configuration/Status Pages > Supplies Status Page > Print
  2. Reports > Configuration/Status Pages > Configuration Page > Print
  3. Support Tools > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Pages > PQ Troubleshooting
